Request for Quotation – Tent service provider for the Workshop

Indo-Global Social Service Society (IGSSS) is looking for agency for – providing the tent service for ‘Bhoomi Ka’ Campaign, Switch Asia Project.

We invite Quotes (quote/ fee inclusive of GST) for arranging the tent service to arrange the stalls and seating arrangement along with their individual portfolio, reports of similar assignments (if any). The agency will be selected on experience besides the budget quoted.

Background

IGSSS is working with WHH- Switch Asia project on organic food promotion. The major highlight of the programme is awareness programmes and events in Jind, Delhi NCR for consumers on 17^th to 19^th February 2021. Hence, we are looking for agency who can help us for providing the tent service for the ‘Bhoomi Ka’ awareness campaign on sustainable Eco food & organic food in Delhi and NCR.

A. Tent service

 Specification of the pamphlets is given below:

1. Stalls Arrangement
   1. Quantity: 50 (with one table each, table cloths, 2-chairs with each stall)

2. Seating Arrangement
   1. Chairs: Quantity: 150

3. Tent / Pandaal along with Roof and Carpet
   1. Quantity -2
   2. Size – 150 Square yard (50 feet X 50 feet) each tent size

4. Stage with carpet, tables and chairs
   1. Quantity -1, carpet-1, tables- 2 and chairs- 6
   2. Size – 16 feet X 9 Feet

5. Genset
   1. Quantity -1

6. Sound System with 2-3 Mics
   1. Quantity -1

7. Main Entry/Gate fabrication and design
   1. Quantity -1

All the above service must be required for the three days’ workshop, will organize in Igrah village,  Jind District, State Haryana.
